"Bye Bye Blues is a modern Mediterranean restaurant helmed by Chef Patrizia Di Benedetto, the first and only female chef in Sicily to earn a Michelin star. The restaurant, converted from a pub by Patrizia and her husband in 1991, features popular dishes such as squid ink cavatelli, tomato sorbet with burrata, Mazzara red prawn carpaccio, and watermelon jelly with jasmine flower curd and cheese.
