"In one of the busiest parts of the Saint-Cyprien neighbourhood, this modern bistro has an industrial feel (aluminium piping, white brick walls, minimalist lighting) that makes for a convivial atmosphere! The pleasant terrace overlooking the square is a bonus. Trained by Christian Constant, the chef won us over with his generous fillet of sea bream on braised leeks, spinach cream and parsnip chips, and his poached peach and rhubarb with cardamom cream.
