"I consider this the best party hostel in the city: owned by an Aussie and super social, it runs tons of free activities including pub crawls, beach days, and nights out, and is centrally located above Charlie’s Bar, a well-known backpacker drinking den. The dorms are no-frills — basic wooden bunks with thin mattresses and no curtains — but they do provide lockers and cap dorm sizes at eight people so rooms aren’t overly crowded; note that there’s no kitchen." - Matthew Kepnes
