"In Eixample I stayed at a beautifully designed three-star hotel whose style centers on wood, with abundant wooden furniture and touches that contrast nicely with lots of natural light. Rooms can be small but include a desk, free Wi‑Fi, and a flatscreen TV; the bathrooms are a bit oddly set up and don’t offer much privacy. Breakfast isn’t included but is tasty (limited variety), and there’s a lovely courtyard with lots of trees where the hotel hosts its popular wine tastings—overall a good upscale option with reasonable prices." - Matthew Kepnes
