"I found the lack of a common area a downside for socializing, but the on-site pub serves cheap, filling food and drinks which helps the vibe. Dorm rooms are spacious and modern with private showers/bathrooms, though the beds are basic metal bunks without privacy curtains (the mattresses are decent).
