The burger, green smoothies, and melt-in-your-mouth buttery chicken couscous were so satisfying that I ate here twice. In the crazy, chaotic medinas the cafés felt like an oasis of calm where I could recharge, use Wi‑Fi, and cool down with air conditioning; they also offer cooking classes and host regular events and workshops." - Matthew Kepnes
