Bartaco – the simple taqueria brand out of Barcelona Restaurant Group – started in the Northeast with locations around New York and Connecticut, but its migration south is welcome. The menu is simple: “tacos,” or “not tacos” – and if you miss the Baja fish taco, you missed the whole point. This location is hidden behind tall, green shrubs in an otherwise-plain shopping center off of Roswell Road, sending most ATLiens to the Westside branch.
