"2% Jazz Coffee Midtown, Rock Bay Quadra Village by The Number. 2% Jazz ("98% funky stuff" - a Maceo Parker reference) is tough to separate from its owner/founder Sam Jones. He's been a character keepin it real in Victoria's coffee scene since '96. So it's no surprise they roast and brew some of the best coffee in the region. This spot is a bit more utilitarian than many cafés in town, but the quality is everything here and the staff are sure to charm. Also a great spot to grab a donut, breakfast sandwich, or salad if you're rushing through the 'hood."
