"The Lord Wolseley Hotel, Pyrmont by Thinkbone. Where do we start with this gem? Great beer, amazing food and they sell their own t-shirts. Sick! The Lord Wolseley has been around a while - since 1881 in fact. It was a favourite hangout of the local letterpress printers from the NSW Government Printing Office, and still is today. The food they serve at the “Pub Life Kitchen” is out of this world good. Their specialty is burgers, but why stop there, treat yourself to some sticky hot wings and you won’t be disappointed."
