"Sitting at the corner of Merritt Avenue and Martin Street is Corsair Distillery. Corsair has earned dozens of awards for both their beers and spirits and is often recognized by international publications. The Wedgewood-Houston location welcomes visitors to tour daily, beginning around 12PM. Though they can generally take you on a tour right away, they typically recommend scheduling ahead for larger groups. All of the tours end with a tasting of Corsair’s full lineup, including flights of cocktails as well as the occasional single-barrel bottlings not found anywhere else.
