"The Craft & Co is a relatively new player in Collingwood, further developing the usually sparse northern end of Smith St. It is a beautiful and light-filled large building with great windows where you can sit down to enjoy a beautiful glass of wine or beer, a meal or a coffee. There is also a deli where you can buy fresh meats or cheeses to take home as well as a large functions area upstairs. The venue runs many classes teaching you how to make cheese, salami, wine or even olive oil – helping to keep old traditions alive.
