They’ve spent the better part of nine months renovating the old Snax Cafe venue into a relaxed mid-century haven on the edge of Leith.Their “big hot sandwiches” are all served on focaccia squares, generously stuffed with filling and smothered in delicious condiments. The short-rib is a signature, with red sauerkraut, parsnip crisps and horseradish mayo. The veggies will not be disappointed either with spiced roasted cauliflower, garlic & lemon tahini, coriander dressing and pickled onions.They’re open late, so you can bring along your own wine/beers too.
