"Named after the building's original function as a car repair and tire shop, Parts & Labor is a Spike Gjerde restaurant and butcher shop that features an on-site whole animal butchery and serves nothing but locally-sourced food. Even the 10-foot hearth, a centerpiece of the decor, is built with local soapstone and cobblestones. A frequently changing menu and happening scene add to the restaurant's popularity.
