On the Grid : ACCA

"A bold rusted form, clad in a singular material, the ACCA building sits within the Southbank Arts District and was developed by Architects Wood Marsh as ‘a sculpture in which to show art’. Housing the Australian Centre of Contemporary Art, with a focus on commissioning rather than collecting, the gallery is Melbourne's leading contemporary art space. Along with Malthouse Theatre, the ACCA site is also home to contemporary dance company Chunky Move who offer a diverse program of works along with public classes if you feel like getting your dance on - no matter what your experience level." - Grosz Co Lab
