"Bang Brewing, St Anthony Park by Studio On Fire. There's no signage, but you'll know you're in the right place when you find a one story stainless steel grain bin in the middle of the city. Started by a husband and wife team (who can usually be found manning the taps) this brewery touts organic brews with locally sourced ingredients. Plenty of street parking is available, including a massive bike rack, so be sure to take advantage of their patio during the warmer months when they are often visited by organic food trucks."
