"Early Bird Biscuit Co., The Fan Vcu by Mobelux. First there were cupcakes, then there were doughnuts, and then along came the buttery, flaky biscuit. Early Bird was the first to jump on a trend—if you can call something a trend that’s been as everlastingly popular as a Southern biscuit. They envisioned a place where biscuits were perfected and riffed on, and where people could get a morning fix that wasn’t (necessarily) all sugary. The result was so popular that they’ve since had to move to bigger digs. Get a cheddar and pepper version or just stick with the classic, but don’t underestimate how much a biscuit slathered with butter and Agriberry jam can fill you up. Here’s hoping you don’t have big lunch plans."
