"Espresso 77, Jackson Heights by Diane Shaw. Husband and wife team — Afzal and Julie opened Espresso 77 in 2010 and it quickly became a part of the collective neighborhood’s daily routine. They offer all the usual variety of coffee beverages in addition to some signature non-caffeine drinks like the super refreshing Honey Mint Limonata. For breakfast they carry pastries from Cannelle’s and for lunch a variety of wraps, salads and sandwiches. In the evenings, enjoy live music and a small but concise selection of beer and wine. This winter E77 will be undergoing an expansion and renovation that will double the seating space, add beer and ice coffee on tap and allow more space to exhibit work from local artists. Yay!"
