"Walking to Paulie's was one of our favorite things to do when we lived around the corner. We've since moved, but will always go back for their hand-made pastas. There is nothing regular about their regular-sized pasta dishes (pictured is one-half of the serving), so keep that in mind when you have eyes bigger than your stomach. It makes a great lunch the next day. A must for your dining experience, I'm not even joking, is to drink the cucumber water. It's so refreshing during a Houston scorcher.
