Netflix’s ‘Wednesday’ is back – and something major has changed for season 2

Very much in keeping with Wednesday’s macabre aesthetic, this Gothic-style country house in County Offaly borders the town of Tullamore and is used in season 2 to stand in for Nevermore Academy. Its rumoured haunted history makes it feel particularly on-brand, having attracted paranormal investigators with night-vision cameras who come in search of its ‘star’ ghost, Harriet, a little girl said to have died spiralling down one of the mansion’s staircases. - Shaurya Thapa
