Curated by Noma rather than being a typical grab-and-go market, this food hall offers a mouthwatering line-up that includes Crêpes à la Cart’s French pastries topped with fresh strawberries and milk chocolate, Fuego’s perfectly grilled pepito steak sandwiches, and Pasta La Pasta, which (as the name suggests) specialises in pasta. After scoping out the options, I go for Kejser Sausage, an authentic Danish sausage infused with wild garlic and served with a side of creamy potato salad, which turns out to be delicious and a great introduction to the market’s elevated street-food approach. - Whelan Barzey
