"Sister to the Terence Conran–designed Fitzwilliam in Dublin, this Belfast outpost, it’s no shock, is very much in the same vein — a classic yet not exactly show-stopping city-center building whose stately exterior conceals a surprisingly sexy luxury boutique hotel.
