"You can just visit Corona Island for the day, but it would be hard to resist staying the night to wake up in paradise. The tiny Caribbean island is home only to the hotel, which is actually more of a collection of eco-friendly boat-shaped cabins, designed to maximize the sound of the waves and positioned to face the sunset views. The rest is dedicated to nature, with pristine beaches, lush forest, and a turtle zone which together are home to titi monkeys, parrots, macaws and several protected species. Completely disconnected, guests can immerse themselves in the slow pace of beach and island life with a yoga class, sunbathing, or reading in the library, or explore the waters with kayaking, snorkeling and stand up paddleboarding.
