"Azerbaijan’s capital city may not have a thriving boutique-hotel scene, but it can certainly support a luxury hotel like the Four Seasons Hotel Baku. It’s a Beaux Arts monument with a view across a park to the Caspian Sea, and it’s central enough to be one of the city’s most desirable meeting places. The interiors are every bit as lavish as the exteriors, though quite a bit more contemporary, the restaurant, bar, and tea salon are as elegant as can be, and when it comes to the comforts and the service, the hotel does ample justice to the Four Seasons name." - Tablet Hotels
