"Based in Newport, Rhode Island, this nonprofit runs professional on-the-water surf-therapy sessions for children with learning disabilities, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, and other conditions, using trained coaches to improve balance, physical fitness, and mental and emotional wellness.
