SauceBros offers inventive options such as the naga habanero with chicken, mushrooms, or fermented shrimp; garlic ghee with mushrooms; and Bengali beef pesto. The beef taco pie with salsa verde ranch swirls is one of its most eye-catching, with the green-onion-flecked Korean barbecue option not far behind. Owners Redwan Huda and Labib Tarafdar were born in Bangladesh and let their Bengali sensibilities guide them in developing the menu, which has myriad influences. The restaurant is takeout only and well worth the drive from all parts of the Metroplex.
