With touches of white and gold that pop against rich, dark hues, sparkling chandeliers, large-scale artwork, and a bar made from gold-cut crystal glass and gold Venetian glass bricks, the Sensitori firm creates a luxe atmosphere that spoils the diner. Even the bathrooms are a work of art (the women’s restrooms are outfitted with a Hollywood vanity set and champagne, while the men’s are supplied with whiskey and a large-screen TV). Though indeed a steakhouse, the menu goes far beyond its premium cuts of meat from America and Japan, with dishes like wild mushroom risotto, Dover sole, and Colorado lamb chops.
