Uneeda Burger

The burgers are ooey-gooey in the best way! Our kids ordered specialty shakes and some cheese curds too. While not the cheapest, it also didn't disappoint!

As a Houstonian I was skeptical of a good burger in Seattle… but boy was I wrong! Uneeda made one of the best burgers I have ever had. The ingredients were prime and the side of cheese curds were better than any I’ve had in Wisconsin. Onion rings too! If you’re ever in Seattle you’ve got to try Uneeda!

It was fairly busy around lunch on a weekend, line was fairly long but speedy! Service was speedy, food was great. Front staff service was super nice. (I forgot to ask for no cheese, made the correction immediately.) I only gave 4 stars because the table I chose to sit at was sticky, not wiped well. You can choose your own seating, but I went at a busy time so lack of seating for 2. I also only gave 4 stars because it was loud inside, outside was too chilly for me. (Thats a personal preference more than a reflection of the establishment.) It’s acute little dress down rustic atmosphere with speedy service, good tasting burgers.

First time here. Was hungry and it popped up in my maps. Glad I chose to stop here. Cool spot. Indoor and outdoor seating. Unique menu as well as your "comfort burgers" I was feeling brave so I got a elk burger and was pretty impressed. There sauces and toppings were on point. Not super expensive. Had some good music going. Not super loud. Would recommend

Affordable place with awesome customization options and good delivery times. Can choose from their standard sandwiches or customize your own burgers like the Plain Jane Burger to have any protein, bun options and topping options. One of my faves is the burger as a lettuce wrap with extra protein... pretty much a burger salad. :) Don't sleep on the dipping sauces - I love the chipotle sauce on everything.

At first, I thought the burger was going to be overpowered by the topings but was surprised it balanced out well and stayed together fairly well. Hand cut fries were OK, not the star of the show. Fun indoor/outdoor seating area. 3 parking spots in front, otherwise free street parking. You bus your own dishes...

Great burger place at a fair price. Tasty burgers/good portions. Plus we were lucky enough to visit while they had the toasted coconut mango shake. So good! Missing that already. Highly recommend visiting.

Sooo good! I got the classic burger with no tomato and added mushrooms. The mushroom was so delicious. The burger patty very juicy and tender. They unfortunately did not remember to not give the tomatoes. It was fine for me to pick off since it's just a preference thing. I also tried the shake which was dangerously delicious. I thought the shake was a fair price for how much they gave us, but burger was slightly more expensive than I would have wanted to pay. Fries were decent. Tasty but not anything to write home about. You can skip them to save some money and not miss them too badly. I also got the Sriracha mayo on the side which went well with the burger. Seating is sort of fast casual vibe.

Got some pretty good ass burgers. It certainly is one of my favorite places to eat in Fremont. Uneeda Burger is certainly a name that makes sense. Can be the real meaty kind or a plant based one. The prices aren't that bad until you add sides and things. Came at lunch. It wasn't that busy yet so we went up to the counter and ordered. The place looks like a pretty hipster place. As in it looked like this place was a dump and then renovated into a new business. The burgers aren't the only things. It's about $7 for a beer. They have a lot of local stuff on tap. It's about $11 for the Veggie Burger. This comes with bib lettuce, green sauce, pickled red onions, portobello mushrooms, and tomatoes. Has other things if not wanting a burger. These include a chicken sandwich. Has some pretty hearty food whether or not it's a burger. It's located on N. Fremont Avenue close to Woodland Park. There's tons of burgers including one for vegans and vegetarians.

I really wanted to like Uneeda Burger, and I will say, the service was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and helped me through the whole ordering process, making sure I knew what I was getting. although, the burger itself was pretty mediocre. It tasted like something you'd throw on the grill at a backyard BBQ. Nothing special and honestly a little bland. The price was also a bit much for what it was. While the service was great, the burger didn't live up to the hype for me.

Super good burgers! Also, they have really good milk shakes. This is a great spot to go to, especially on a nice day. The burgers are big, flavorful, and alway hit the spot. The mushrooms on the mushroom burger are so savory. My favorite is the big star, it has this meat chili flavor to it on top of the burger. And the crispy onions just makes it even better. Both burgers oozes with juices and flavors.

Uneeda Burger has some good options and flavors that you don't typically see at a regular burger restaurant. For example, we got a bison and an elk burger! Both were delicious, I liked how the bison paired well with the cheese it had and the elk burger tasted great with mushrooms. Sides were separate. We just got fries and shared. The fries were just okay, it tasted like it has been sitting under a hot lamp, wasn't very crispy or hot, but it wasn't soggy or cold. It also wasn't a lot of fries. You order up at the counter, they bring your food out, and you bus yourselves. Pretty laid back place. It has a like 3 parking spots up front but it's also next to another restaurant, so you'll most likely have to park on the street. There's residential street parking around.

Picked up the classic uneeda burger, buffalo chicken sammy, cheese curds and sweet potato fries and boy it tasted fantastic. The cheese curds were delicious and the sweet potato fries not too greasy and not overly seasoned - just perfect. Now the main highlight - uneeda classic burger (juicy tasty) and the buffalo chicken sammy (fantastically mild buffalo flavor) with slaw was delicious. The burgers held very well for pickup. Im a huge fan and highly recommend this place.

Came here for lunch on Saturday. It was busy, but no long line. Service was prompt. We ate outside, although the tables and chairs were wet because there is no cover from the rain and there are no heat lamps. The mushroom burger was good and so were the fries (crispy!) with lemon garlic aioli. Food was reasonably priced and came out quickly. I wouldn't mind coming back, even though I'm not normally a burger person.

Solid burgers. Good selection too! Milkshakes were great, my party enjoyed them the best

Ordered the Mushroom Burger and Big Star Burger + Fries & Onions Rings w/ Truffle Aioli and Dijon Sauces. Mushroom Burger (9/10): Personally I love anything mushroom and this satisfied my craving! Would be open to trying a more classic burger next time. Big Star Burger: I won't rate the Big Star since I only had a bite, but the bacon wasn't as crispy as I'd like. Fries & Onion Rings: The fries were so good and crispy! The onion rings were on the breadier side but I like how the onion and breading didn't separate when bitten into! I would highly recommend the Truffle Mayo/Aioli! Strong truffle flavor. Servers were cheerful and ambience is a dim, casual setting!

A nice casual burger spot in Fremont with an open outdoor/indoor seating! I got the lamb burger and replaced arugula with watercress and got sweet potato fries! The entire meal after tip and tax was around 28. Burger: it was a solid burger, the watercress added a nice crunch to it and the lamb patty didn't have an overwhelming taste to it. Sweet potato fries: very solid also, would have preferred if they were a little sweeter and crispier but can't complain

The provide indoor & outdoor seating. Parking is a bit crowded, we parking behind it near the homes short walk away, Both lobby's are clean and organized Staff was so friendly & welcoming, I appreciate the patience he had with us & loves the recommendations. The had cup with crayons and blank sheets of paper to entertain the little one. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Tables were taken care of and attended to, Definitely try the dipping sauces, the habanero one sneaks up on you! lol it was Good size burgers we all Loved what we ordered. Overall great selection of food & drink's definitely coming back.

I've enjoyed dining at this establishment a few times over the last year. A very family friendly place, with a nice patio for outdoor seating. Great fries or onion rings compliment the main dish well. So if in the Fremont area, then UNEEDA burger.

Came here with my wife for lunch and it was our second time there. We both really like this place and their burgers are really delicious. My wife thinks that the turkey burger is the best one she has ever had. The Philly one for me was the best one and that first bite was AMAZING! I strongly recommend this place as it has a nice atmosphere inside and plenty of sitting space.

Used to be great, but its gone way downhill in the last few years. I've gone 4 times this year, each time either my order is flat out wrong, or they forgot to make it so after waiting 20 minutes it takes 20 minutes more, or they just are busy so it takes 40 minutes with the kitchen staff just moving slowly and talking to each other. The front of house people seem to move quickly though. But then regarding the food itself, the burgers are mediocre now, and each time I've gone they've served fries that seem like they are at least 30 minutes old and are covered in salt.

This is one of the few places I've been to where the fries actually still taste good after five mutes! The burger was also great and reasonably well priced -- if the portions were just a bit larger it would be perfect. We were easily able to find seats for two during late afternoon, and we were also served quickly and kindly. We would definitely love to come back!

Stopped here for lunch on a Saturday, and was able to get a table easily. The service was great, and the food came out quick. Everything I had was really good, and it's a lot of food! I ended up taking half of it home. If you order a milkshake and don't want it until you leave, they'll keep it in the freezer for you! It's a cute little spot, I would definitely come here again! Parking can be a little tough but that's very typical for the neighborhood

I had been craving a beef burger for two weeks, so when I saw all the rave reviews about this place on Yelp and Reddit, I was really excited to try it. It was on the top lists, and I thought, "I *have* to check this out." Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I ordered the Philly Burger, and while the patty was juicy and flavorful, the bun was way too greasy, and the whole burger ended up being a bit dry. The tap beer wasn't great either, so I wouldn't recommend it. I'm honestly not sure why this place is so popular, or maybe I just missed something. After this experience, I'm definitely still craving a better burger. Can someone point me to a place that delivers good burger?

My favorite spot for burger and fries! Uneedaburger is much more affordable for a burger and fries than many other burger establishments. The burger options are delicious, and the fries come in hefty servings. Their food is great either dine in or take out, and everyone who works there is friendly when you inevitably have a question about their 10 sauce options!!! I love the patio area because it's dog friendly and nice to sit and people watch the area on a sunny day.

Big Bison: I loved the flavor of the bison patty--it was delicious and only a little bit gamey. The cheddar was a great complementary flavor. This was a very filling and satisfying meal. The Classic: The beef patty was too salty. I feel like it almost made the burger inedible. However, my partner liked it. Sweet Potato Fries: They were yummy and crispy. You order at the register first, then find a table. Our burgers came out fairly quickly. They accidentally brought us an extra burger due to a last minute order change, but they let us keep it free of charge.

I ate here twice. The first time I got the veggie burger and sweet potato fries. The veggie burger was bland, but the sweet potato fries were amazing. I got two orders of the sweet potato fries yesterday because I was excited for how delicious they were the last time, but unfortunately, they were somehow overcooked and limp at the same time and I wasted my money.

Order at counter, seat yourself inside or outside on patio, get drinks yourself, and bus table yourself. Bring jacket if you get cold easily as patio doors are left open. Happy they let me bring outside food to eat alongside family. All items are sold a LA carte. - Mushroom burger: delicious, could taste the truffle oil through the thick patty. Only burger complaint: a bit too salty. -Fries: it's a medium thick cut fry. Quantity looks like a McDonald's medium. Not that crispy, and surprisingly not too salty. Is it worth Ubering from Seattle center out to here? It costs 15-20 during non trafficky hours to Uber from space needle to uneeda Burger. Its not worth the cost unless I had another activity nearby. If I lived nearby, would I return? Yes, the lamb burger looks interesting.

Adding another review because it's been a while. This is still one of my favorite burger spots in the neighborhood. I've tried many of their burgers on the menu, but still keep coming back for the Mushroom burger and side of fries or tempura green beans when they are available. Great seating inside and when it's nice out, the option to sit on their patio. If you are ready to indulge, the milkshakes are delicious. They use high quality ice cream, so every flavor tastes really good. This is the spot I bring out of town guests to!

The ONLY negative here is parking. It's a congested area. You order at the counter and hope for an open seat. All the burgers are fantastic. The fries and onion rings are great. Same for the shakes! Good beers on tap. Nice servers, too. If we want a great burger and are willing drive and park, this is where we head to.

Uneeda Burger consistently rates as one of top burger places in Seattle. I love the classic burger with cheddar. They have a great selection of game meats! I also love their fries--they are not skinny cut but still crispy. I have tried all their sides--and my favorite is definitely their cheese curds! Must try!

It was ok. The burgers were fine but not as good as we had hoped. The onion rings were disappointing. Very bready. Probably the gluten free coating but it just wasn't good. The lemonade-Arnold Palmer was good and free refills.

A good place to grab a burger and fries! It's counter service and you bus your own table. I got the mushroom burger and it was savory! The bun was toasted, the burger patty was juicy. Big steak fries were cooked perfectly and the ranch was a great accompaniment. It's a low key rustic vibe. Perfect to stop in for lunch.

I ordered online for pickup and it took less than 20 min from when I placed my order and went in to pick it up. I tried the salmon burger and a salad with some fries and cheese curds. The cheese curds tasted so good with the habanero mayo. Although I like that some of the fries were on the super crispy side but also felt a little lackluster compared to the cheese curds. The salmon burger was a filet of grilled salmon and the sauce on it paired really well and made it juicier. Towards the end, the filet got thinner so it was mostly the bun you tasted in a bite. Salad was refreshing and the vinaigrette was really good.

Love this place. The neighborhood has a good variety of burger joints, but this has been our go to for years and no one has ever been disappointed. The salmon sandwich is fantastic and the shakes are great. It's got nice ambiance, too.

surprisingly all of the burgers i've had in seattle so far has tasted great! i usually come in with low expectations but was shocked with how juicy their burgers were! pretty good service & they gave us some great recs! - bison burger - philly burger - fries - habanero mayo sauce - onion rings - they seemed a bit doughy

This is a fun place to grab lunch after a morning at the zoo with friends. Food: 4 Stars Service: 5 Stars Atmosphere: 4 Stars The staff was efficient and helpful. I enjoyed my burger and fries. Unfortunately my daughter didn't care for hers. She usually gobbles burgers right up. We took it home to my husband and he thought is was good. She did love her lemonade. I will likely try it again on date night. I will let my daughter have Mac and cheese with her grandparents.

The staff here was very nice, and organized. You order right when you come in at the counter, and then they bring the food out to you. The parking can be annoying but we found some very close parallel parking this time. They have an (uncovered) outside area (dog-friendly) but if it starts raining, they are seemingly comfortable with dogs coming inside. I would just always ask first. Their fryers are gluten free which is amazing. We tried both the onion rings and the sweet potato fries. I thought the onion rings were significantly superior. I didn't love any of the sauces which was kind of a bummer. The ranch was good with the onion rings. We tried both aiolis as well, and I didn't like either one. I thought my burger was good - I got the classic with a gluten free bun.

We stopped by after spending time at the woodland zoo and it was definitely a great choice! The big star burger was perfectly cooked, juicy and nice and spicy! We ordered fried which were crispy on the outside yet moist inside. We'd definitely stop by again!

Ordered take out from here while visiting from out of town and everything was excellent. Everything is gluten free (or has the option to be) which made life easy for someone in our group with celiac.

The bacon turkey burger is to die for. The only criticism I have for this place is that my burger can be a bit too salty sometimes.

Solid burger, bomb ass cheese curds, mediocre house sauce, long wait. My boyfriend and I stopped by around 3:00pm on a Friday and ordered a burger and some cheese curds to go. Service was friendly. The place was not busy, and yet it took about 20 minutes to get those two items. The burger was good--not great. The bun was better than the over-salted beef, and the sauce tasted like supermarket mayonnaise. The real star was the cheese curds--that batter is house-made, and they use good cheese. Hands down, those were the best cheese curds I've ever had.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Uneeda Burger in Seattle, and let me tell you, it was a burger experience like no other. We took the burgers to-go to picnic on the beach. My choice for the evening was the bison burger, served protein style. From the first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The burger was not only delicious but also incredibly juicy. The bison meat had a rich, slightly gamey flavor that added depth to each mouthful. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail in crafting this burger - it was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of char on the outside while maintaining a succulent interior. The protein-style presentation was a welcome twist, as to now that I have gone Keto. Instead of the traditional bun, the burger was wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves, which not only added a refreshing crunch but also made it a guilt-free indulgence. My partner had the elk burger an was also super impressed with the high quality!

Best burger in Seattle. No notes! Our favorites are the Bison Burger, the Blue Onion Burger, and of course the basic cheese burger. Ingredients are fresh and meat is tasty!

I've always driven past Uneeda Burger when in Fremont, so I'm glad I was able to finally check it out the other night! Right on Fremont ave, parking is always a bit of a hassle but you're normally able to find street parking either in front or in the neighborhoods to the side! They also have a small parking lot but it was full by the time my friends and I got there. The restaurant itself had ample seating. and service was both fast and friendly! After working out with my friends we were all craving a nice juicy burger - I'm glad to say that Uneeda Burger definitely delivered that! Both my friends ordered the mushroom burger with bacon and they loved it! I'm not a mushroom guy so I ordered the big star - it was FILLED with crispy onions, coleslaw, and the patty was perfectly cooked. Bonus points for whatever type of bread they use for their buns cause those were so good! Unfortunately, there were a few disappointments with our meal. Sharing both the hand-cut fries and onion rings, these were definitely not worth it. Our fries came out cold, and the fries we got were the small nubs so it didn't feel like we were really getting any real fries. The onion rings too, had a much thicker coating than I'm used to (my friend compared them to funnel cakes), and didn't have that nice crisp that I normally expect from an onion ring. I'd come back for another high-quality burger, but I'll likely pass on the sides next time!

You need a burger from here. You also need a shake from here. Though you can skip the fries. Wow. Stopped here after a bouldering sesh and was thoroughly impressed by the flavorful food. Parking here kind of sucks though because it's all street parking. There's a 3 car parking lot next door for the neighboring seafood bar which can probably be used but it's only 3 cars so safe to find street parking first and head over. Black and Blueberry Shake - at first I was like okay, it's good. Creamy, somewhat of a vanilla base. Then I kept drinking and I was impressed. It got creamier and more flavorful, or my taste buds simply adjusted and learned to appreciate the ice cream. Definitely high quality ice cream. Big Bison - their specialty burgers are a lot of gamey meat and the bison is no different. Tender chew with an explosive blast of flavor from the sauce and high quality Beecher's creamy cheese. Bacon was also very well cooked alongside being some big, fatty pieces. Red onion jam has delicious caramelized onions! Price is a bit higher though. Big Star - a classic burger with a big fat chili pepper pinned at the top, the entire burger is stuffed and falls apart with all the goodness. Another blast of flavors that's creamy and sweet but at a cheaper price. Fries - huge portion but weren't that good. Not crispy, slightly soggy, and barely salted. Tartar sauce was keeping the fries edible but on their own I would definitely skip. Or it was potentially an old or bad batch. Could've been left out for a while and simply not fresh.

The food is AMAZING. The issue I had is that, an hour before closing, they shouted to the staff that they were closing the section of the restaurant in which we were sitting. We were enjoying our food and all of a sudden, they were moving tables and stacking chairs on top of them. After that, they were clanking all the plates/silverware/cups on the bussing cart. Then, they brought out the mop. It was so nerve wracking. Please don't do this to future diners.

If you are going to try this place, go for the cheese curds. They're battered lightly and salted well plus they have a lot of fun dipping sauces to eat them with. However, everything else we tried on the menu was disappointing. I got the buffalo chicken sammy which was cooked well and smothered in Frank's red hot sauce but that and the burger were overpowered by the massive buns. For me, the protein should really be the star of the show (and the beef and chicken were both really good), they just gotta work on the ratios here. And don't get me started on how boring and unseasoned the french fries were. They do have a nice space with a great outdoor patio for warmer days. There's a small parking lot outside and if it's full, it's not too hard to find street parking nearby.

Sometimes they undercook my burgers (so I ask for well done each time), but damn, when UNEEDA BURGER, unneda know where to go! This is THE spot for traditional burgers in Seattle. Don't get me wrong - they are plenty creative with their styles, but the traditional style of cooking it is purely unmatched. Customer service is pretty good, but they don't need to be amazing with how many orders they process and how good the product is. Place is a vibe. Nothing crazy, but nice outdoor space and good taste in music for the most part. Extra perk where I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5: always funny to see the people intending to go to Rockcreek walking into Uneeda with some gaudy outfits and utter confusion! No shade to that place either - they make damn fine meals and drinks, but gosh dang it the people who eat there dress horrendously, and it's always a pleasure to see!

Came here last week and I kid you not, I REALLY needed a burger. My friends invited me out to try Uneeda Burger, and must I say this place really did fulfill my burger cravings. I ordered the Philly Burger and ate that up so quick, it was that good! Honestly had to stop myself from ordering a second burger. My friends and I also shared some fries, but sadly they weren't that great. Unsalted and kind of tasted like cardboard. All well. Will still come back here sometime to try their other burgers and maybe even the shakes!

My all time fav burger spot ever. A little bit disappointed on our last visit. We were waiting for over an hour while everyone who ordered after us got their food. They told us they lost our ticket and gave us two free shakes and another burger for free. Another disappointment is that the burgers have gotten a little small over the years. They use to hook it up when they were new but the burgers have gotten a lot smaller and you don't get the same brioche buns on the classic anymore. Still a 5 star to me no matter how cheap the owner gets tho. I'm a die hard fan of these juicy and tasty burgers.

You definitely need a burger from uneeda burger! I've heard many good things about this place, so I was excited to try it for dinner one night. We got the big star and the mushroom with the fries and the tempura chicken strips. Honestly, the one dish I was surprised by was the tempura chicken strips. Super crispy and tender and now beats all other breaded chicken strips. Both of the burgers were juicy and full of flavor and now have to go back to try the others. Such friendly service and what a fun vibe to grab a burger with friends. They have both indoor and outdoor seating with large picnic tables which are great for groups!

Uneeda burger? Theygotta burger. And a seasonal fruity pebbles shake that's pretty good. But the fried cheese curds were the real MVP here. Burgers are good, although the bison and classic didn't blow us away. Pricing was fine. Worth at least one visit.

I substituted the beef patty for a veggie patty and excluded the bacon. I like that they offer veggie patties rather than impossible meat patties. I liked that the patty had a crispy exterior, but I did find the veggie patty to be a bit dry. It was not a bit deal though because I dipped the burger in their ranch, which is made in-house. The crispy-fried onions not only added a crispy texture but also a savory flavor. Personally, the coleslaw was overshadowed by everything else going on in the burger. The Fresno chili was a whole chili on top of the burger, which made for an interesting sight. * sweet potato fries: 4/5 Sometimes when I order sweet potato fries, they're soggy but these ones were nice and crispy. There is lots of natural light in the outside portion. The place is fairly large and the tables are not cramped together. I liked that they had a variety of seating options. There are small tables, long picnic tables, and bar seating. p a r k i n g: 3/5 there are like 3 parking spots in front of the restaurant, but after those are taken up, you'll have to scavenge for a spot. My partner and I were lucky to find a spot in front, but I imagine if you came during a busy time, you'd have to park further away.
