Where to Eat the Best Burgers in Seattle | Eater Seattle

"The full menu at this Fremont burger shack warrants a try, starting with the Classic and its quarter-pound of beef. Variations include the lamb burger with cured lemon, the bison burger with red onion jam and bacon, and — if you’re lucky — the elk burger with grilled hen-of-the-woods mushrooms. Tempura seasonal vegetables are a nice alternative to the usual side of French fried potatoes. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available. Must-order: The elk burger is woodsy and earthy and unlike any of the other burgers on this map. Any of Uneeda’s specials are worth trying though." - Jay Friedman

Best Restaurant Patios in Seattle | Eater Seattle

"This burger joint is one of the best lunch options in Fremont — if it’s on the menu, get the elk burger, an umami feast — but beware its patio. Hanging out here for too long will make a long lunch seem like a good idea, and pretty soon you’re having a beer and an order of tempura vegetables and setting up an out of office thingy on your email. You don’t want that to happen, do you?" - Harry Cheadle

The Best Restaurants in Seattle’s Fremont Neighborhood | Eater Seattle

"The burger options at this glorified shack are studies in decadence, although beef isn’t necessarily always the way to go. One favorite is the lamb burger, with pickled peppers, manchego, cured lemon, and chermoula sauce. Another go-to (when it’s on the menu) is the elk burger, which pairs the game meat with mushroom for a deep, rich flavor profile that’s lightened a bit by the inclusion of shallots. If you’re tired of fries, check out the tempura veggies here." - Harry Cheadle

Uneeda Burger Review - Fremont - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Uneeda Burger has a pretty goofy name, but since we feel this way often, we’ll allow it. The space feels like that weird covered area you were confined to at summer camp when it rained: tin roof, picnic tables, and fine wire mesh. But if summer camp had tasty burgers, fries, and milkshakes, we’d probably still be there making lanyards and bug juice. Stick with said burgers and some battered cheese curds, but stay far away from the burnt fried chicken sandwiches. And beware: you won’t find American cheese here." - Aimee Rizzo

Where to Get the Best Takeout Food in Seattle | Eater

"This laidback Fremont restaurant has pivoted entirely to takeout for its superb burgers. A classic quarter-pounder hits the spot, but signature variations are hard to pass up, too, from the Mediterranean-inspired lamb patty with pickled peppers and cured lemon, to the satisfying house-made veggie burger with pickled red onion, portobello, and lemon-garlic-herb aioli. Don’t walk away without enormous onion rings or gooey fried cheese curds." - Vox Creative
