Opened in May 2022 and designed by architect Thomas Juul‑Hanson, the property favors a subtle nautical aesthetic (cedar‑shingle exterior, two stories sited for prime Peconic Bay and marina views) over kitschy ship motifs. Apartment‑style rooms have private outdoor spaces, stocked kitchenettes, open living areas with yacht‑inspired seating, built‑in beds and modular natural‑material furnishings.
