"Founded in 2012 by master sommelier Larry Stone and attorney David Honig, this Eola-Amity Hills project is based at the 66-acre LSV Vineyard and brought on Thomas Savre and consultant Dominique Lafon to craft its wines. Hospitality is stylishly staged via a tent outpost—part winetasting, part glamping—with communal tastings offered daily by reservation. Notable releases include an Estate pinot noir that is lithe yet structured with a stony, medicinal character, and chardonnays such as the Bunker Hill bottling with tactile, chalky orchard fruit and a briny lift reminiscent of white Burgundy." - Bryce Wiatrak
