The Ramen Butcher | Bon Appétit

"GO HERE: for satisfying, nap-inducing ramen with free noodle refills. The Ramen Butcher is upbeat and noisy, with the word RAMEN literally nailed into the wall to remind you what you’ve come for. ORDER THE: orange-miso ramen with pork broth and ground pork and the classic tsukemen cold noodles dipped in a rich pork- and fish-based soup. THE VIBE IS: sardine-can-like. It’s always packed, occupied by 20-somethings who know good ramen and aren’t turned off by waiting 20 minutes for a table. PRACTICAL STUFF: Open every day: Monday to Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; and Friday to Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. No reservations. —Lindsay Anderson" - Condé Nast
