"All rooms at this Sandals Resort are in stone buildings on a two-mile-long beach in a 500-acre wilderness preserve on the island's south coast. The resort is arranged as three European villages—Dutch, French, and Italian (including a Venetian piazza)—and the architecture includes lots of marble columns and vaulted ceilings. "Buildings are spread out, but it still feels like an intimate retreat."
