"Located in a Maui shopping center, inland from Lahaina’s waterfront and next to a Ross department store and a DMV, Maui Roots' food is anything but chain-restaurant grub. It also has an extensive cocktail list, including a few daily specials. They also serve local beers, a hard kombucha, and Prosecco. But to get into the island mood here, order an “If You Like Vegan Coladas”, made with rum, organic cane sugar, fresh macadamia nut milk, and the house-made toasted local coconut.
