"Palabras is an independent bookstore that rigorously curates its vibe and selection to elevate under-represented voices. Just about all communications from the bookstore are in English and Spanish, right on down to the text on its website. Within Palabras’ shared space, there are also a few other literary businesses, including a micro publisher and literary zine purveyor. The rigorously curated selection of books alone makes this one of the coolest small bookstores in the country.
