"Tali’s Bagels & Schmear is one of the few places in Hawaii making New York–style bagels. These bagels feature a crisp, slightly bubbled exterior and a chewy inside. The dozen or so schmears made from scratch by owners Talia and Kelly Bongolan-Schwartz set this bakery apart. The bakery started on Instagram during the pandemic and now supplies four farmers markets across Oahu. A new brick-and-mortar space is also opening soon."
