"Ezard at Levantine Hill is open for lunch all week and for dinner on Saturday night only. The view is rather spectacular, so why not make the most of it? Much of the produce used is grown on the property, the rest is locally sourced, and it has all been designed to showcase Paul Bridgeman’s wines. Chef Teage Ezard already has kitchens in Melbourne and Sydney, so it was quite a coup for Levantine Hill to attract him to Coldstream to oversee the menus for its restaurants. At lunch, there are five courses (vegetarian if you so desire), including dishes like salt-baked potato with seaweed butter, burnt onion dashi and sea herbs, and duck breast with confit nashi, miso enoki, turnip, chestnut, and vanilla. If you want views with your fine dining, this is certainly one to tick off your to-do list." - Carrie Hutchinson
