"Opened in 2014. What? An end-of-year conversion of The Ocean Club Luxury Residences on the island's northern coast at Playa Imbert. Featuring a three-tiered cascading infinity pool, the resort is comprised of loft-like one and two bedroom suites, three bedroom apartments, and four bedroom penthouses with rooftop hot tubs. Complimentary full breakfast is a nice touch. Get me there now! Flights from the U.S. to Puerta Plata (POP) are plentiful, particularly on Saturdays."
