"The Hay Merchant's iconic white building is marked with the word "Westheimer" spelled out to resemble the historic street markers in the funky, beloved Montrose neighborhood. A large patio gives way to a beer bar with exposed brick walls and 70 taps. The metal tap pulls seem reminiscent of another era—the servers call the markers above each one a "library card," a fitting moniker for the encyclopedic roster of craft beers, most of which are American.
