"This six-acre sculpture garden at the base of the Stellenbosch mountains showcases more than 60 pieces by Dylan Lewis, an iconic South African sculptor. It's not on the Stellenbosch wine trail, so it's tricky to locate, but once you get there it's well worth it. The carefully curated garden is blanketed with fynbos—a stark contrast to Lewis' bronze sculptures. Although the grounds feature some of his most iconic pieces, there's no one piece de resistance; rather, each sculpture stands on its own against a thoughtful, visually arresting backdrop." - Mary Holland
