"The Courtesy is a dark, atmospheric bar that ticks all design checkboxes: Edison bulbs, wooden apothecary cabinet, pressed tin ceiling. But the drinks are inventive and the menu changes every three months based on the season and the bartender's moods, so you'll never get bored. The large menu is divided into sections by base spirit.
