"Bjørk, located above a shopping center in Bodo’s Glashuset mall, is a laidback, low-lit gem that has become a favorite among a well-heeled local crowd. The restaurant features a backdrop of exposed brick, flickering log fires, and decorative dried grasses. Its Italian-skewed menu includes wood-fired pizzas and generous bowls of pasta, while signature specials include an excellent grilled stockfish from nearby Vaeroy, topped with bacon and served with a poached egg and aioli potatoes."
