It takes a second to get used to the fact that you’re on the second floor of a food hall, but once you do that and learn how to read the v high concept menu, the drinks are A+++. - my favorite was the Kappa: a gin sour w a toasted rice syrup with coconut and calpico foam and this nori and furakake garnish on top
