kind of a once in a lifetime experience. It's in a town called Axpe, so you have a take a car, but the drive is through beautiful rolling hills. The chef, Victor Arguinzoniz, is obsessed with wood-fired grilling, so all nine courses, even the dessert, is cooked over a specially made grill he invented.
