"Located inside Beaubien Street’s bowling alley bar, Notre Dame des Quilles was the original home for Pizza Bouquet and left a strong impression on owner André Theriault: he recalls fond memories of a front-row view of the bar’s Sunday-night karaoke and patrons’ late-night bowling antics.
