"One of the nation’s oldest running festivals is in the midst of deep sponsorship cuts: Longbeachize reports that it lost backing from companies that typically provide it with sponsorships, including McDonald’s and Walmart. The organizer told Longbeachize that the changes have likely come as a result of President Donald Trump targeting of diversity initiatives. The event runs on May 17 and May 18.
