"Ivy Stark, formerly the executive chef of Dos Caminos, has returned to New York from Chicago to partner with John McDonald as the chef of El Toro Blanco. Some of the dishes she plans to serve up at the West Village joint include mashed black beans on corn masa, a Mexican beef tartare, cauliflower fajitas, and chile-roasted fish with a cucumber and citrus slaw.
