"MB Steak at the Hard Rock Hotel has a traditional prime rib dinner served on Monday, Dec. 24, and Tuesday, Dec. 25. The 20-ounce cut of prime rib roast is seasoned with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh rosemary, finished with MB’s signature steak salt blend, served with butter-braised marble potatoes, herb au jus, and creamy horseradish, priced at $49.
