"The queue outside this Chamberí bakery is proof of its success. Owners Timi Argyelan and Joaquín Escrivá developed a passion for baking while living in Vienna and Hungary, and the duo now produce a daily range of Nordic-style loaves, plum galettes, potato and olive focaccias, and raspberry and lemon Danishes. The best time to come is around 2 or 3 p.m. on a weekday to avoid the crowds and nab one of the seats with a view of the street. But stop in some other time to pick up pastries and coffee (sourced from the nearby Toma Café 2) to enjoy in the nearby Plaza de Olavide." - Paula Móvil
