"A warm and cheerful gluten-free bakery in Lake Oswego, Kyra’s Bake Shop is opening its first Portland-proper location this August with an expanded menu and larger space at 625 NW 21st Avenue, Suite A. Owner and four-time Cupcake Wars winner Kyra Bussanich opened the shop in 2009 to serve home-cooked baked goods to people unable to eat gluten, and since then it has gained national attention for its gluten-free pastries, cakes, salads, sandwiches, and soups.
