"The New York–based burger chain is opening a new 2,800-square-foot food-court location inside the Somerset Collection in Troy, slated to debut at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 13. The stand follows the brand’s familiar design cues — including bowling-alley-lane tabletops — and offers its signature menu items such as Angus beef burgers on Martin’s Potato Rolls, fried chicken sandwiches, griddled hot dogs, and crinkle-cut fries. The dessert lineup will include frozen concretes like the Somer Break (vanilla custard with strawberry purée, rainbow sprinkles, and Zingerman’s Bakehouse pecan blondies).
