"Planned as a 10-story, 200,000-square-foot development in Downtown Miami and developed alongside Driftwood Capital and Merrimac Ventures, Riverside Wharf will begin construction after a groundbreaking by year’s end and will include a 165-key Dream Hotel, a 30,000-square-foot nightclub and rooftop day club, a range of restaurants, an event hall, and a marina.
